Established in 2012, My Mother's Keeper is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization devoted to sparking positive change in communities through the transformative force of giving. With a primary emphasis on education and its pivotal role in fostering transformation, our mission is to empower marginalized individuals by imparting valuable skills that lead to sustainable employment with a living wage. Furthermore, we are steadfast in our commitment to instill hope and equip children with essential skills, illuminating a path toward a brighter and more promising future.
In the pursuit of our broader objectives, My Mother's Keeper is unwaveringly dedicated to addressing the immediate needs of the less fortunate. To this end, we aspire to provide essential services such as showers, barber services, and access to washing machine and dryer facilities through a mobile trailer. This innovative approach enables us to reach and serve communities in a flexible and responsive manner. With lofty aspirations, we take pride in the progress we've achieved and maintain our commitment to creating positive change in the lives of those in need.
Looking toward the future, our vision extends to purchasing an apartment complex, undertaking its rehabilitation, and offering affordable housing for the less fortunate.
